Boundaries and manifestation
There comes a point in healing where you love yourself enough to no longer allow others in your life to do you harm. That doesn't mean you won't get triggered but you can observe it without judgment and be at peace with it, loving and accepting yourself anyway and setting boundaries so that they no longer can alter your well-being.
You no longer people please and youre no longer an archetype of victim or rescuer etc
It's really liberating to realise that the only person you have to please is you. The only person you SHOULD please is you.
If everyone focussed on themselves imagine how awesome the world would be?
It sounds selfish but it's the most selfless thing anyone can ever do.
This sounds really simple but if you can observe your life and go, what causes me stress? Ok work causes me stress, but I still like it and life's supposed to be a bit stressful. or you dont think you can find a better job. or a better relationship even and the excuse is, its not always supposed to be easy.
the thing about jobs or relationships is that the people we are surrounded with, most of them are in the same boat.
how many of us know of someone who is in a job that provides them with total bliss and is rarely stressed? how many of us know of 2 people who you know of that are truly in love, that give us a true example of what love should be like?
so the reality we have around us is that life is supposed to be like this so we carry on.
i know this sounds like some imaginary fairy tale planet im living on but maybe thats the key? act like you are on a fairy tale imaginary planet. what would you do differently? the only way to make it is to be superhuman yourself and i think thats the second crucial key to filling your life with abundance.
once we break out of the mould and separate our self from our social circle to grow, we become estranged to that manner of thinking and that way of life so much that we isolate ourselves.
the universe always fills a gap though. this is where manifestation comes in also.
i have met so many incredible people since the start of this journey. i have stopped rescuing people, instead i have focussed solely on me and i have been so happy and people have noticed this to the point where they ask what it is that has made me so happy. when i explain, they really listen. they listen more than anyone would if i was to go into rescue mode and that was a big realisation for me. being there for me, rescuing myself, it was the best decision ive ever made and other people who have noticed have benefited from my happiness too. people feel good being around me and because i am so much more loving and accepting of myself, i am more loving and accepting of others, whatever stage in their journey they are on. rather than focus on their short comings and what they should fix in their life, i focus on how far they have come and how well they are doing.
